1.1 The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in the Garatec website. We try to ensure that all the prices shown on this website are accurate. However, occasionally products are mispriced. Where a product's correct price is lower than the stated price we will issue a refund for the difference and despatch the order in the usual way. Where a product's correct price is higher than the stated price we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order.

2.1 Payment can be made by the methods provided for you on this website. You must be over 18 to make a payment.
2.2 We will debit the payment from your chosen method of payment at the time we dispatch your goods, or pass your order on to a third party for dispatch, as appropriate.
2.3 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current UK rate.
3.1 If during processing we discover for any unforeseen reason that we cannot complete order we will cancel the order and contact you to explain the reasons why the order cannot be fulfilled.
3.2 Your order is accepted and the contract concluded when the product ordered is despatched.
3.3 The product(s) will be despatched within 7-10 days of receipt of your order.
4.1 You may cancel your order at any time up to the end of the 7 days from the date you receive the ordered goods, if the goods are damaged in any way upon receipt.
4.2 To cancel your contract you must notify us by telephone, email, or in writing.
4.3 If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible.

Please contact us before attempting to return any items. Pack the items so that they will not be damaged in transit. Include a copy of the packing note included in the package we sent to you and a brief note of the reason for return.
4.6 Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited by us from your payment card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
4.7 Unfortunately we are unable to accept return of any bespoke products that have been created to your specifications.

We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
6.1 Garatec will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
6.2 Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted.
6.3 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
6.4 Goods for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or customs charges. These charges are levied once the parcel arrives at its destination, and must be paid by the recipient.
7.1 Garatec offer installation to all areas within a 30-mile radius of their main office in Portslade, East Sussex (address as above). Unfortunately we are not able to provide installation services outside this area.
7.2 An appointment will be need to made for installation for a time and date after the garage door has been delivered.
8.1 Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible.
8.2 In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time.
9.1 Special offers are subject to availability and Garatec reserve the right to withdraw special offers at any time.
9.2 Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9.3 Promotional codes must be quoted at time of booking, either by entering an online promotional code or by quoting the code when booking an appointment by telephone.
9.4 Special offers will be withdrawn after the closing date stated, unless extended. If an offer is extended, this will be announced by Garatec on this website.

11.1 If you have bought something from Garatec Limited we will have your email address, phone number, address and credit card details. If you choose to deliver items to a third-party (such as a friend) we will have their name and address. Information is only used to help us deliver the parcels and contact you.
11.2 All transactions are made through an SSL secure server which uses encryption to transmit your personal and transaction data securely over the Internet.
11.3 We may have to disclose some of your information to service suppliers to help complete your order. These parties include Royal Mail, Parcel Line, FedEx and iForce. By placing an order with us you consent to us using the personal information you have given to us.
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the jurisdiction of English courts.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these Terms & Conditions.
